Used Shopify's customer tagging system combined with custom Liquid theme logic to create fully separate browsing and checkout experiences for retail and wholesale customers — same store, two distinct journeys.

Custom Quote Request Module

Built a "Request a Quote" flow integrated directly into Shopify product pages. Automated email notifications to the sales team, with quote status tracking from the buyer's account dashboard — replacing all manual back-and-forth.

Automated Tiered Wholesale Pricing

Developed a tiered pricing engine using Shopify customer tags and metafields, automatically assigning price levels based on account type and order history. Retail customers never see wholesale prices.

Conversion-Optimised Shopify Theme

Customised the Shopify theme with clear navigation for both customer types, trust signals including product certifications and guarantees, and a fully mobile-optimised layout to maximise conversion across all devices.
